Fairfield Farmers’ Market will be relocating to Melbourne Innovation Centre (MIC) from Saturday 20 January, 2018. MIC is located on Wingrove Street, opposite Alphington train station and just 1km down the road from the markets original location. The site is accessible via public transport (bus route 508, Hurstbridge train line), bike path along Darebin Parklands and there is also limited parking available.
Fairfield Farmers Market has been managed by Melbourne Farmers Markets since mid-2012, the market was formerly held at Fairfield Primary School which is undergoing building works and upgrades to the schools netball courts and facilities.
Bring your own coffee mug and reusable bags to the market, and make a positive impact on your local food system and the environment!
Please note: The nature of working with farmers means that unforeseen events do occur from time to time which may prevent producers listed from attending the market. Stallholder lists are updated Wednesday’s and Friday’s.
Melbourne Farmers Markets respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the Land on which Fairfield FM is held, the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to them, their culture and their Elders, past, present and future.
