Tim and Katherine along with their three children, Patrick, Jonathan and Millicent have been farming on their Benview property in Victoria’s Pyrenees Ranges since 2009. The Pilkington family have a split lambing period, and with rich pastures, the later lambs coming through now are at their peak for flavour and tenderness!
