This October you are invited to celebrate spring with Warialda Belted Galloways with smoke and flame, and Warialda beef! Join the Snaith family at the farm for an informal family-friendly feast. You will not leave hungry!
Chef Jerry Mai, co-owner of Pho’ Nom, and master of Vietnamese street food style is turning Warialda beef into an Asian feast. Try street food canapes and nibbles while you enjoy the farm’s fabulous views. Check out the live music. Say hello to a Beltie or two, and watch the smokers and barbeques in action. Then sit down to a fabulous long lunch in which fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables beautifully complement the barbequed and smoked beef.
Dress warmly as the event will be outside (although under the cover of some open sheds), gumboots or flat shoes are a good idea and please BYO plates and cutlery for each member of your party!
