Join award-winning Bunurong/Yuin scholar and writer, Bruce Pascoe, and the world-renowned owner-chef Ben Shewry of Attica for an evening feast, cooked and curated by Melbourne Farmers Markets. Delve deep into questions of history, culture, country, gastronomy, sustainability and reconciliation in a conversation facilitated by Sustain: The Australian Food Network.
The three course dinner and matched wine will be sourced directly from Victorian producers and Melbourne backyards and the event is open for all to attend.
